The 7 Best Movies To Get You All Motivated And Inspired!

Have you been feeling less motivated? Probably no desire to pose new challenges or to proceed further? You're not along. I'm here to recommend you some of the best movies to get you pumped up. It's time to shake you out of your comfort zone!

1. Slumdog Millionaire (2008)

This movie created a great sensation in 2008. It tells the story of 18-year-old Jamal Malik from Juhu slums of Mumbai. I felt like the movie ended at one breath. The story is just heartbreaking and exhilarating with many great elements including romance and thriller. An uneducated nobody winds up becoming a millionaire. What do you think?

2. 3 Idiots (2009)

Whimsy, silly, extravagant, bizarre, zany... these are the words I would use to describe "3 Idiots." While these three college students might be considered "3 Idiots" at college, they are geniuses exploring passion and finding goal in life. The movie generated a famous quote "all is well" that kept people in high spirits during many tough times.

3. The Blind Side (2009)

This movie tells the story of Michael Oher, a homeless and traumatized boy who became an All-American football player and first-round NFL draft pick with the help of a caring woman and her family. It is based on the true story. One of the most charming things in the movie is a great chemistry between Quinton Aaron and Sandra Bullock. Very inspirational.

4. 127 Hours (2010)

This movie tells a true story of mountain climber Aron Ralston. He goes to explore an isolated canyon in Utah and becomes trapped when a boulder crashes on his arm. When first hearing what the movie was about, I wasn't very excited to go see it. How can a movie about a guy who's stuck between rocks for 127 hours be interesting? I was wrong. Watch it yourself!

5. Erin Brockovich (2000)

Another true story based! Erin Brockovich is a kicking-ass single mother who struggles to earn a living and barely gets a job as a legal assistant. Then she discovers Gas & Electric Company's corruption about polluting the state's water supply in California. The way she takes down a huge company as an assistant is thrilling and inspiring in this film.

6. Big Fish (2003)

Welcome to Tim Burton's bizarre world! Tim Burton created this special world where a father and a son travel to spend with each other. The story is told through the eyes of a child and his imagination of his fathers stories, which makes the movie very special. This movie teaches you not to ignore how you feel.

7. Stranger than Fiction (2006)

This movie is my personal favorite. How would you do if you turned out to be a soon-to-be-dead protagonist of a novel? This IRS auditor with obsessive-compulsive disorder hears a voice in his head that narrates everything he does in his life. He seems to have ordinary, uninteresting life that does not affect others' lives so much. But the movie has a heartwarming reminder that life is unpredictable and complex.

Which of these movies appeal to your taste? What other movies changed your life forever?
